Pass ?urls= comma separated (a comma inside a URL must be sent as %2C) and get, per URL, the final HTTP status, final URL, redirect count and milliseconds, plus counts of ok, redirected, broken and refused. One GET per URL and redirect hop, 4 URLs at a time, 9 seconds per URL; sites that block bots may answer 401, 403 or 429. A URL that is malformed, private or our own site gets its own refused entry and does not fail the others. More than 12 URLs is a 400.
